Alberto Rodriguez PA-C, MS
Alberto is a native of Yakima and Ellensburg, Washington. He began his healthcare career working for 10 years in a fast-paced pharmacy while volunteering in the emergency department on evenings and weekends as he pursued a career in medicine. During his undergraduate studies at Central Washington University, he was selected to participate in the University of Washington’s Minority Medical Education Program (MMEP), where he completed a summer clinical rotation. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree, Alberto moved to Forest Grove, Oregon, to attend Pacific University, where he earned a Master of Science degree and completed his Physician Assistant studies in 2008.
For the past 18 years, Alberto has provided compassionate, patient-centered care in a variety of medical specialties, including Orthopedics, Urgent Care, Family Medicine, and Pain Management. His diverse clinical background enables him to evaluate complex medical conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
Alberto believes that the foundation of exceptional healthcare begins with listening. He takes the time to understand each patient’s concerns, educate them about their condition and treatment options, and partner with them in making informed decisions about their care. His commitment to open communication, empathy, and collaboration helps patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.
As a Physician Associate specializing in pain management, Alberto’s mission is to build lasting relationships with his patients based on trust, compassion, and mutual respect. He is dedicated to improving quality of life by helping patients better understand their conditions while developing treatment strategies that support their individual goals and long-term well-being.
Outside of medicine, Alberto enjoys spending time with his wife of 36 years and their two daughters, who are currently pursuing degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Forensic Psychology. He is an avid weightlifter who trains regularly in his home gym and at O’Malley’s Gym. A lifelong learner, Alberto remains committed to staying current with advances in medicine by continually reading medical literature and incorporating evidence-based practices into the care he provides.
